Mr. Michael was amazing and I would absolutely work with him again. However, the services that I had done on my car should have taken roughly 3 hours, maybe 4. I had a 9am appointment and didn't leave with my car until 5:44pm, because of the technicians. Maybe have them work on their time management skills better

We have been using Baytown/Community Honda to service our Honda vehicles since 2010. Most of the time it was good to great service. This last time was excellent, in and out fairly quickly for an oil change. Sadly we will no longer be using Community Honda for service as we are moving soon to the other side of Katy.
