I thought my car was under warranty. Took it in for engine light. Kept my car for a day and was CHARGED over 150.00. Personnel should had informed me that them performing a diagnostics on my car was NOT covered. I would have not left my vehicle there. I have a husband fighting cancer, I’m the only income coming in. That Unexpected expense has set me back!!! Never again!!!!!!

James Chesser has been in contact with me for a year concerning the infotainment screen in my Honda. Initially he told me the claim was denied. After contacting all warranty divisions I resolved the matter. Which we discussed multiple times before and the day of installation. My appt was at 8:30 am I delivered my car well before. Post installation he informed me that it would be a charge of 1001.00. My extended warranty should have only left me with a deductible of 50.00. After I spent multiple hours on the phone while in the lobby after being told again the claim was denied. Explaining yet again to James that it wouldn't be denied due to a presumed seller inclusion. He again said the claim was denied from the year previous. I went home, contacted everyone from my sales rep to the extended warranty. James never contacted my extended warranty and never filed the claim. I had to then take all dated and timed information to Community Honda where I asked for the manager. I did not wish to deal with James any longer. After sitting with Chris Torres and explaining the entire situation from the first appointment that I paid cash for because James never contacted the extended warranty dept I gave him contact information for and now to the point I was at the day of my installation. Essentially I feel he did not do his job fully hoping for commission on elevated cash sales. If you would like to call me directly you are welcome to do so
