The repair seems fine and the price seems fine however, I had an 8 o’clock appointment. When I walked up there at 9 o’clock to find out the status he showed me the estimate and said it would be about an hour and a half. That was at 9 o’clock I didn’t leave till 1130. So I was there for 3 1/2 hours and shouldn’t have been there for more than two hours. I work on commission and I work two full-time jobs. My time is very precious to me other than that James was very nice polite in the room
