James was great. However it took almost 4 hours to diagnose and change the battery. Although I had an appointment, I watched several customers come in after me and leave before me. I asked the manager if I could speak with him and he point blank told me he was to busy. He never come to speak with me even though I was there for another 2 hours. To top it off I would of been there even longer if I didn’t question James and Care question service to find out they hadn’t even started on my vehicle so he went and got the battery and took it to them so they could put it in. This isn’t my first Honda the first when I bought it spring excellent customer service. Other than James being very kind and nice community Honda’s customer service is terrible it makes me NOT want to buy another Honda.
I felt she was rude upon entrance. I have never felt that before.So we she did the check points with me I tuned her out and couldn't wait to leave.
I trust James and am confident that he is knowable and acting in my best interest.
Michael did a great job but I am not happy with the person that “fixed” my antenna. They replaced it but now al of my radio stations are fuzzy. The reception is awful. I don’t want to go through the hassle of having to bring it back. That’s not easy for me to do with my work schedule. I am disappointed.
James is always helpful. I like working with him.
Michael is very helpful & knowledgeable knew what he was doing and got my car done within an hour, as said. He gave great customer service and feedback. 10/10 recommended!

While I was happy with the service received, what I did not like was looking at a hand written diagnostic report. The handwriting was not legible and since my daughter is the one that took her vehicle, I can't make out exactly what needs to be serviced on her vehicle.
She listened to my problem and solved it! Thank you.
Some confusion and waiting. Very polite and respectful.
