When I took your notes to my dad, who is a mechanic, he mentioned several things that were not wrong with my vehicle. I do not appreciate things being misrepresented to get more money out of me than necessary. He has looked over the car and only one thing mentioned in y’all’s notes is actually wrong with my car. I will not be bringing my car back to you guys for service.

While putting on the new tires paint was completely scratched off of my rims in multiple spots down to the metal. Adhesive from the previous weights left on the rim and front driver tire put on the wrong way with the “this side facing in” sign facing out. I am not satisfied with the work done at all. The only plus was the man at the service desk. He was great.

Naama was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I will keep coming back for regular maintenance here. The staff is friendly and helpful and the waiting area is clean. Naama pointed out an air filter I needed (it was pretty dirty) and I did go ahead and buy it. I get my oil changed with Community Honda and there is a real trust with your staff. Thanks yo Naama and all your team there.

They got the vehicle back to me quickly after the part arrived. They cleared the SRS code. They also gave the vehicle a once over and offered a valid maintenance suggestion.
