Mr. Landry is great and very professional. For some reason when my daughter arrived she asked for Michael and he wasn't present at the moment. So..about 30 minutes passed by and she called me back and I asked her if there was anyone else to help her she said, there's a lady name Emma helping someone. I said okay, When she finish let her know you need help with getting my vehicle serviced. So, Emma looked my name up in the system and seen I had been dealing with Michael and she tells my daughter that they are not supposed to deal with someone's customer and she was going to look for Michael. When Emma came back to the servicedepartmentshe did not say anything to my daughter. Okay...so, now an hour has went by. My daughter calls me back and I said really...so no one has helped you? I called serviced and a gentleman answer the phone and I said my has been there over an hour and no one has help her. He stated they are short handed and he's a little **** and Michael is dealing with a claim. I said my daughter do not have all day, we will take my vehicle somewhere else. I hung up with him and received a call from Chris Torres who seen my daughter waiting in the lobby since 10:18am to be helped and he did not try to help her until I called the service desk. Really...very unprofessional! If he is the service manager and he knew Michael was dealing with a claim or his story he had sent Michael home. He should have help my daughter if no one else could. I tired to give him a direct contact number that I was told to give when my daughter arrived and he cuts me off and said we have your information in the system I said okay. After Michael arrived he was very helpful and making sure everything was okay. He is awesome! We are all human and yes we get busy but at least acknowledge your customers entering your service area. We should always treat people the same way we want to be treated. Let's be more courtesy, more professional and your customers will always be happy. Have a blessed day!
