She made sure my loaner was ready to go when I dropped off my car to be worked on. This all happened on her day off and she even offered to come in to handle it. I didn’t want her to though. She handed it off to a coworker and everything was good for me.
I had my transmission serviced at about 90 thousand miles and when I came for my oil change recently, Naama told me that I needed to have it serviced again. She said it is recommended every 30 thousand miles. I've only driven about 9500 miles since I last had it serviced. Why do I need to have it serviced again so soon?

James Chesser has been easy to work with. It is the service tech to lazy or apathetic to do a simple test drive before the vehicle is return to me. My wife had to suffer with a week of the steering being so tight she had to pull with both hands like she was training with weights just to make a turn, after the vehicle was return you did correct the issue at no charge while my wife had to wait for close to 2 hours all because it was poorly finished the first time. You charge top dollar for your repairs, you provide top service to match. Spend the five minutes for a test drive before you declare the job complete. This is the second time in a year you have handed me back the keys to a vehicle clearly not correct. You then force me to waste my time and yours taking a second look.
