I trust community honda for my maintenance for only one reason. James Chesser, he is the reason i drive to Baytown. He takes care of vehicle. He knows Honda and Maintenance.

I arrived at the facility and explained to the person working the front desk that i had a screw/nail in my tire. I was in town and got that in my tire on my way home so this is not my usual dealership. I explained that I wasn’t 100% if i had warranty outside of my home dealership but i did have a coupon book that I received and could possibly used to fix my tire. The gentleman working the desk said he would call my dealership about my warranty, get a price etc. I explained to him that I would like to receive prices if I did not have warranty before anything. I completely understand dealerships are always busy and I was aware this one was when i was waiting as i noticed multiple people waiting with me. I started to get a little confused when TWO HOURS go by and the gentleman is walking around aimlessly, sitting and chatting with guests has yet to tell me anything about my car. I finally take it upon myself to go ask for an update to be told “Oh by the way you do not have warranty, we have no used tires, we can’t patch/plug your tire, and a new tire after labor is $250+” I know for a fact it did not take this man two hours to find out I did not have warranty. I asked him to let me know as soon as he found out from my dealership if I had warranty or not because i knew getting a new tire there was out of my price range as i just needed something to get me home. It was clear that I was not being taken seriously as I am younger and the worker had absolutely no regard for my time or stress. Overall a complete waste of my time.

Usually you all put a coupon on the order to reduce the price. This time you didn’t- and my daughter asked how much it would be to have the tires rotated- she didn’t get an answer but the tires got rotated and she had to pay for it. I have taken all my vehicles here for all maintenance needs for years and years. Will likely be changing in future.

La razón por la Que no estoy satisfecho no es por el servicio es por la calidad de baterías, compre una pila nueva con ustedes y en menos de 1 mes tuvieron que hacer el cambio de pila porque la otra no daba el voltaje suficiente requerido. El problema es como funciona la garantía de las baterías es un cambio gratis y después tengo que pagar la diferencia, yo pienso que no es justo que me quiten ese privilegio después del fallo de la pila por solo 3 semanas. Ahora me va a tocar pagar la diferencia si en 1 año me vuelve a fallar la batería.

Totally happy with service from Michael. Great guy. Very helpful. Community Honda has too many follow ups and surveys. I’d appreciate if you could remove me from the automated lists for follow up surveys. It was just and oil change, for goodness sake. All fine.
