I don’t know why I’m receiving this message. My vehicle wasn’t taken in this week or last week. The last time I took my vehicle to y’all I was told that excessive oil consumption is normal for a Kia, which I believe is ludicrous.

Julie was professional but I had many issues with my Telluride. Communication was not up to satisfaction as I had to keep calling as I was not kept up to date on the status. My car had grease stains when it was returned the 2nd time, the first time there were foot prints all on the seats and dirt tracked in the car. I could not believe they would return a car to a customer like that! The grease had to be cleaned twice as there were still smudges. I was never compensated for my inconvenience to bring the car back and forth from Crosby to Baytown. We were not offered a loaner car as my car was in service for over 3 days. I do not have much faith in the service department and was very frustrated with my experience.

The automated phone system should be scraped in favor of a real human. I tried to schedule my maintenance only to get caught in and endless loop of phone transfers and then back to the same automated system. Thankfully Mary and the rest it the folks at community KIA have earned my business and respect. Kind, courteous prompt service as always. Sammy sets the bar high and expects his folks to meet or exceed that bar. They do so every time I visit. Great job (except for the phone system).
