Mary provided great customer service and ensured the problem with our vehicle was resolved. This was the second time we brought our vehicle in for service for the same issue within a week. We were pleasantly surprised by the response of the Service Dept to resolve our issue and compensate us for the work performed the first visit. As a result, we will be returning for future repairs.

Mary in the Service Department went above and beyond to ensure our car was repaired and communicated with me throughout the process. She is an asset to the Service Department at Community Kia in Baytown.
The tow process in took several hours which seemed too long when the tow company is within sight distance of where I was. Then it took over a day for car to be looked at and then several more days for a diagnosis. Just seemed like it took a while longer than it should. The staff were very helpful and courteous though. Especially in answering my questions and letting me know where we were in the process. They were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Also find it crazy that my car is only a couple months old and I wasn’t provided a loaner car when my car was getting serviced for a check engine light.
Very good service department. It just took forever to get the part in, but that wasn’t KIA’S fault. Great job.
