She was professional in getting my information on an oil change and question on getting a automatic key switch (having my car started before I get in it). Once my service was completed she went step by step on what they did and the charges.

My car is still making loud noises from the engine bay due to the belt not being tighten down once again. This issue has nothing to due with my sales representative Avery, she has treated me with the most upright respect & customer service. This is a Kia Technician issue. The system in place for the insurance is not well maintained and doesn’t seem to be too knowledgeable to the people in the service center and the insurance people weren’t either you guys need some training on the insurance questions and answers that you provide I had to talk to 3 separate people to get answers and than go back and do what I had previously done and still have to wait to get the services I need very unorganized
