Averi took great care of me. She made sure that everything was taken care of on my vehicle- this is the customer service that I have come to expect here at Kia. Sammy runs a great shop and crew that makes your dealership a pleasure to visit. I’m a long time Kia customer and Sammy takes care of the whole family’s cars- two sons, ex wife and even my Hyundai. Keep up the great customer service and I’ll keep sending everyone I can to y’all.
I’m having to come back to have car repaired because initial repairs were not done when my insurance paid for them to be fixed.

I had the worst experience that can be told. I called and made an appointment for the 18th of July. I dropped the vehicle off and for three and a half weeks my vehicle was in their possession. I call to get an update on the 20th and the lady that I spoke with that they would be getting in touch with me before the weekend. I never got a call! On the morning of the 27th I called and requested that my vehicle be released to me because they didn't have the time to even do a diagnostic test. I was told that they were behind with work and I can pick-up the vehicle throughout the day. And I was told that the service department closes at 6pm. On my way from work at 5pm I called so that the keys would be left at the front desk. I was put on a very long hold; then all of a sudden I am being told that a diagnosis was made and I have such and such issues with the vehicle, and if I still decide to take my vehicle it would cost $150. So it had to take me requesting my vehicle in order to get a rushed diagnosis. Needless to say I didn't agree to paying. So I was told that everyone for the service department have left for the day and my vehicle is locked behind the gate. One of the managers got involved and tried the same tactics with me about picking up the vehicle in the morning because he has no access to it and he is not good to pay overtime for me to get it. But reluctantly he asked me to come get it. (Which he had access to all along). I don't think it could get worse than that.
