Because, I was under the assumption that tires and rims were covered in my contract. Now you all are telling me that I have to pay extra for a tire that is needed. I don’t understand why I am paying an extra fee in my contract, if you all are not going to honor it.

I have been back and fourth dropping off my vehicle. That my check engine light is still on. Which every has tried what she could. She tried to get me a rental but the rental won’t be approved until I leave the vehicle, unfortunately I don’t have much time to keep going and coming to your office. I have been back and fourth with Kia. I will reach out tomorrow to my extended warranty and to Kia’s management. I am very disappointed in the service that was done. As far as Avery she is wonderful. It’s about the time I need to get my inspection and I won’t pass due to my engine light still on and my car still trying to turn off. Not satisfied at all

She was rude in her explanation regarding the extended warranty on my car when I dropped it off and after my car had been diagnosed when I asked her about how much I was going to have to pay. She acted as if I was bothering her or she had some type of attitude. She just made me feel uncomfortable during the process.
