The service department seems to care less about customers vehicles. I keep my car in pristine condition inside and out and after I picked it up I noticed there were scuff marks from shoes all over my door panels and pretty much anywhere else someone’s feet would be around, grease and oil from shoes were all over my lower door jam as well. It **** that after a simple service I would have to go home and clean up behind someone due to their lack of professionalism. As a customer one shouldn’t have to check behind a company after receiving a service to make sure they didn’t mess anything up. My opinion- after a service is done on a vehicle the company should take it upon themselves to inspect and give back the vehicle in better condition then how they received it.

I want to be perfectly clear! Madison was top notch as was Ally the customer rations rep. Why i am giving a less than satisfied is the fact that my vehicle was received back the first time after repair with the subframe coated in oil inside and out and with a sizeable oil leak (Why it was there to start with) along with some minor reassembly issues. I had to bring it back a second time to get these issues resolved. I am appalled at the level of professionalism on the technicians part. I feel like i was just expected to accept my vehicle and thats that. Well i am not. In my line of work this kind of gross negligence and overall lack of care for a customers property would get that person reprimanded or even terminated. As of now my vehicle seems to be good but only time will tell.

Tony, Tyler and the Service Employees are awesome. The car runs like a new car. The engine purrs nicely due to the oil change, replacing the intake hose and the coils. Thank you, Timothy

I’m extremely happy that Madison was my point of contact. She went over and beyond and kept me up to date with my Highlander. I was hesitant about coming to the dealer to fix my car, but the service I received was top notch that I didn’t hesitate to pay the bill. Madison made a very great first and lasting impression.
