I was thankful I was able to come in earlier than my appointment. Tori is extremely professional and kinda. She helped me pick out the perfect tires for my Camry and she has helped me in the past. Mike, Kim, and Tyler, in the Service Department were awesome. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you. Maria at the drive in service lanes is awesome as well. She greeted me by name and with a warm, bright smile to start my maintenance experience. Tony did fantastic work to my 4Runner. It purrs and drives straight down the road once again. Thank you to the mechanics in the shop. The front desk personnel, Kaylee and Kirstin were very polite and friendly too. Thank you to the Parts Department, Jason and Brian for the help with ordering some parts. Lastly, to Bill Ward for taking a minute to make sure everything is smoothly moving along. Tori was great! The inspection video cut off part of the way through and I noticed on my paperwork that my oil level needed attention. This is surprising considering I had my oil changed at Bev smith a little over 5k ago. My alignment was marked as not ok on the right front side, also concerning because Bev smith did my alignment last service, just a little over 5k ago. None of this is a reflection of Tori. She was wonderful. I plan to follow up on the rest of it. Thanks.

Jon is an excellent Mgr and went out of his way that I was completely satisfied with the service to my vehicle. He kept me updated with its status and was always available if I had any concerns He made my repairs seamless doing an excellent job. Thank you
