I had an appointment scheduled for the twenty third at eight in the morning. I never got a reminder so I called. I was told that my appointment was saturday Which I would have never agreed to because I have commitment every saturday morning. I scheduled it for early this morning because it was going to be a day And I wanted to get it done early in the morning so I could get my business done the rest of the day. I called again this morning And the girl told me I could come at 1 o'clock. I'm not sure where all the confusion came from, but it's slightly frustrating Because this was my only day off to do what I had planned- now I have To come in the middle of the day. It's okay But. Definitely a little frustrating Having two changes made to my appointment and I knew nothing about either one of them

It took an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived on time for my 7:30am appointment and I didn’t leave until 9:00am. Absolutely no excuse for that. What makes it worse is I had an appointment weeks ago for 10:30am, and I ended up leaving at 10:30am when they told me there was at least a two hour wait. Someone recommended I reschedule for early in the morning, when they were less busy. That’s what I did, and I still had to wait far too long for such a simple service.
