Natoriea was great. Very accommodating. Responsive, precise, efficient and thankful. She overcame an initial problem of my vehicle not being added to the service schedule for this day. Heaven was absolutely incredible and I appreciated the tour of the new waiting area and amenities. I also appreciate the service team who got my vehicle in and out in record time. Have never had such fast service at any other dealership I have been too. Kudos to the Bev Smith team!

I came in with the intention of getting my oil changed. I even texted the number to confirm that I was getting an oil change with no response and 30 minutes after I arrived my car was done and when I asked about the oil change I was told it wasn’t done. It was a waste of my time and my free visit. I am not happy and will be contacting someone tomorrow to discuss this further.

Had an 8:30am appointment and showed up exactly at 8:30. It took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change, tire, rotation and balance. Seemed extremely long for what was needed to be done. Especially for an appointment visit. Richard Price was fine. Otherwise service was slow. We love the place and Joe Cleri is always awesome. But take care of your continued customers please

Had an appointment today was still there over 2 1/2 hours. I was quoted the wrong price. I was never ever told that there was a big delay. I had plans and I had to cancel them because of the delay at Toyota will I ever return!!!

My recent experience at Bev Smith Toyota was subpar. I came in for a full service—an oil change (which I planned to pay for) and a tire rotation (my last one on a service ticket). I also pointed out a cracked plastic trim piece near the power seat controls on the driver’s side and let Service Advisor Anthony know it would likely need to be ordered. He said he’d get back to me on that. After two hours of waiting, I was told the oil change hadn’t been done because Anthony simply forgot to request it. He offered to do it then, but said it would take another hour—which I didn’t have time for. So now I have to come back again for both the oil change and the part replacement, neither of which got handled. I left with only the tire rotation completed and a lot of wasted time. Poor communication and lack of follow-through made this a very disappointing visit.
