Natoriea Lundy was excellent. She welcomed my mom and I with a smile and she was professional and attentive. My only concern was the wait. It was great how a young lady offered snacks and drinks. Beautiful touch. We just need to work on the turnaround time. I needed an inspection to ensure all was working well and tire rotations to which took two hours with me scheduling an appointment. I would not have mentioned but since this survey asked I am mentioning. Have a great day and congratulations on the new renovations.

I received a text to say my service was completed at 2:07, and John would be with me shortly. I finally went to his desk at 2:50 to see what was the hold up. And he was at his desk, looked on back shelf where other keys were. And said ooh yes, your vehicle is done. And appolized, for his confusion. But I did si for almost an hour.

First time using this dealership , I was extremely happy with customer svc and John was amazing. I give a 10+. John was accurate with turn around time. I got my car back 1/2 hour less the time he told me. Thank you all so much , when I am in florida again and if I have any needs for sure I will stop by. Thx you all.
