Anthony and his technician did everything they could to find the problem. As it turns out it is a defect in the design. I’m certainly not happy about that! In addition I would like to commend the young lady who made the appointment for me. She was friendly, listened to my complaint and arranged the appointment with Anthony. She gives me hope that Customer Service is not dead!

While my initial experience with BeV Smith Toyota in March was marked by warmth, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness during the sales process, my most recent visit to the service department fell considerably short of those expectations. A routine tire rotation—advertised as quick and simple—required an hour and a half, only to return my vehicle in an unwashed condition and with an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the complimentary maintenance package of oil changes and tire rotations that was presented at the time of purchase appears to have become ambiguous, raising concerns about follow-through and transparency. The contrast between the energy and enthusiasm of the sales staff, who are eager to re-purchase my vehicle at a reduced rate, and the lack of comparable care and efficiency in the service department suggests a disjointed customer experience. A truly reputable dealership should aim for consistency across departments, ensuring that the standard of service promised at purchase is upheld throughout the ownership experience.
