I came with complaints about accurate vehicle repair in December & again last week. I just returned from Daytona & was nervous driving my car. Toyota claims to give great service but I haven’t experienced that in a few years. Also, I asked for the clips to be put back onto my spare tire; it didn’t happen. Complimentary wash, omitted. Osmany, as a representative, was gracious and professional. I’m not sure who’s actually repairing my vehicle but…It’s a Toyota, Toyota.

It took *4* hours for my wife with her 3 little children to get 1 tire changed. No offer of a ride home etc was offered due to the vehicle sitting over 3 hours before it got brought back. We had an appointment of 2pm. It then took 1 hour for them to swap a tire and balance it. And what's worse, they didn't clean the glue off of the tire. I'm sorry for the negative review but this upset my wife.
