It’s not a deal breaker for the service I received, which was wonderful and Kim did a great job answering any questions I had. She also explained in depth what the noticed concerns were after my inspection and ran me through pricing of each concern I had asked about. However, again not the end of the world because it is complimentary, don’t tell a customer you’re going to run their car through the wash if you are not going to. My car looked the exact same when I got it back, no cleaner or dirtier.

I appreciate Kim for convincing me it was not too late to have service take a look at the problem with my glove compartment. Within a few minutes, the problem was repaired. Kim also made sure everything was working properly before I left. She was so very nice and accommodating. Kim's customer care is top notch.

I serviced my RAV4 and paid for an air filter replacement. My air filter box was left WIDE OPEN without an air filter in it, and I was given my car to drive as job completed. I drive my car for over 30 miles before I realized it was missing. I was advised by the Toyota manager to drive the car back to the dealer to be fixed. After researching the risks of driving a RAV4 without an air filter, I should not have been advised to continue driving the car back to the dealer. The car should have been towed. The Possibilities of extensive damage to the car engine is extremely high, also the decrease in the car performance, which can happen over a period of time before the engine potentially fails. I documented the incident and requested a free cabin filter and wiper blade replacement in my next service visit. However, I’m also NOW requesting, that my FREE service mileage limit should be extended another 40 thousand miles in addition to the free cabin filter and wiper blades. ( are free wiper blades included in my contract?) I was offered free service and wiper blades as compensation when they we free in the first place!!! I purchased a Toyota RAV4 because I expected durability, which is now contaminated. I’m paying $60,000.00 with an excellent credit score. I feel I was also overcharged for the purchase of the car with a substantial down payment. Please respond to my concerns and requests. Initially I overlooked the he severity of the situation but after looking at the situation closely, the service and accountability was extremely poor. Respectfully, Anthony B
