As Always……My Service Experience On My 2015 Prius Plug In Was Excellent. Love Working With Michael Wayne Matos And His Crew. My Visits To Bev Smith Are Always Very Pleasant. Looking To Do Business With This Establishment For Many Years To Come Looking Forward.

I bought this vehicle with "Free Tires for Life " guarantee. To keep that contract i had all my service at your dealership driving up from Stuart and paying top dollar for service. I had a bad tire , brought the car for service including multiple service items , oil change , air filter and AC cleaning and your manager said the free tires for like program was not valid. You lied to me ! I drove up and spent literally thousands of dollars on service to honor my obligations for tires for life and now you say null and void. So i purchased a new tire and spent over $700 on service but it is the last time you see this loyal customer. 20 years 3 vehicles and all the service now gone. Shame on you ! You lost a 20 year loyal customer and i will tell all my friends how you don't honor your promises.

We have always come to see Kim because she always treats us with the best respect and knows what needs to be done. She is top notch in her field and Bev Smith has a winner with Kim. We also have told our friends that they need to see Kim at Bev Smith if they need any work done.
