I brought my Toyota RAV 4 in for a free oil change as my salesman told me when I purchased my car 6 months ago. In addition, I received an email saying to contact the service department for This service. My car only has 2,000 miles but I still brought it in. When I dropped it off Jon told me I would receive txt updates on my service. I never received any until 7pm, many hours after I left. When my car was done I was shocked to find out an oil change was not done. Jon said there was a misunderstanding. Yes there was. I wasted my time having to drive there from Port St Lucie. Very disappointed.

She is the most efficient, thoughtful, and knowledgeable rep I've ever encountered. Further, your attention to your client's comfort while waiting for service is the best! Check in was easy, the waiting area is comfortable and lovely, the drinks and café were fantastic, and the offer to get a $10 rental was brilliant! I overheard an agent offer a service customer a ride to "anywhere you need to go". OMG! I told all my neighbors about it. Congratulations for running a stellar dealership!
