Car returned with plastic wrap in rear seat. Steering wheel wrapped in plastic and floor matt dirty on the floor. Why do I have to dispose of this stuff. You should wash the vehicle before returning it to customer. I had a huge amount of love bugs on front of car and windshield. These should have been cleaned. I give you a zero out of 5

She was not professional at all. She was not assure that the plastic the mechanic used was removed from the seat. Also a plastic on the power steering was also left in the car. In addition the paper mat was not removed.

First of all, having Kim as our service tech makes it a pleasure to have car serviced at Bev Smith. We were there to have a number (6) of basic items maintained on our 2018 Camry XLE. I agreed to have our car appraised and look at a 2025 Camry XLE. With only 18,186 miles on our car and it being in excellent condition, it did not make sense to spend another $20,000 to upgrade now. It will be nice to visit the dealer once the renovation is done and check out the inventory in the future. Thanks Kim.
