I had an appt for a recall. Come to find out the parts were not in stock. Now I have to make another 100 mile round trip drive to get it fixed. Not good customer service

Very bad service. Waiting in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours no information, went to the desk to eee what was going on and was told to go to the over Cabin when I went there woman on her phone spoke to me like crap and rude and had to respell my name told me to go back and someone would be with me:. My repreeentative came back and told me 5 more mins nothing else. Knowing I was waiting I got a call and the woman told me to come into parts…..threw the paperwork at me and said cwr is was fine but 3 issues when I told her tire rotation was suppose to be included told it wasn’t and I kept re confirming but each time told no. Nothing else except my car was ok. Didn’t hand me my keys so I picked them up and no idea where my car was parked despite having my little girl with me . Absolutely **** disgrace I spend 37k on a car and that’s what you get!!!!!
