Poor services I called days in advance and got my appointment for 9:30 am today I got there 9:26 am and was told my tires was not there and they were on the way I was given an alternative either stay until they arrive or accept a ride home and when the tires arrive they would call me when the job is done I decided to go home have my bkfst and wait on the call which came late well we got back there @ 2 pm approx and did not leave until approx 6 pm my wife complained a lot even when they brought the truck out dirty after taking it in clean on the exterior we were not impressed I have been to your place before many times and never had this problem I’m not impressed we are not even before I left my hood wasn’t even closed just resting on the body of the truck thank God I noticed it ????????

This is my second time visiting this Toyota location for my maintenance services and I’ve had the pleasure of having Jamina twice. To whom it may concern, I brought brought my 2023 TRD PRO in, because my compass wasn't showing points N,E,S,W. After going back and forth & talking with my BAD A_ _ service adviser (Kelly) & the entire Toyota Team got my issue resolved ????. I'm not crazy After all lol. Toyota of Vero Beach said that my truck I paid 65k cash for never had that feature & I am crazy. Thank you too Kelly & the entire Bev Smith Toyota Team.
