When I have a 10 am appointment I expect you to be ready at ten not make me sit around for an hour make the appointment at 11 stop overbooking what you can handle

Car settings were all changed, including A/C and seat and not put back as received, door panel was dirty and the back of the car where the wheel lock is located was out of place and not well put together. Which drove me to inspect the rest of the work and found loose bolts on the cover under the engine.(access panel) The service rep was not very helpful and borderline rude. Receiving staff under the tent looked distracted on their phone. Had to reach out interrupt multiple employees to get to where my rep was to get my car back.not the best experience.

My only issue was it took almost 2 hours to complete an oil & filter change. Okay, so a 40 point inspection was included. But I want to be in and out and for that reason, I’m thinking I’ll start using the 10 minute oil change place. Sure, I’ll stop by every other time to see what other services are needed, but 2 hours is 2 long.
