Told when called to schedule there was an issue with my back tire when I arrived I said it again. When they called to say it was ready but didn't find anything in my tire screw staple losing air etc. I told them to get some soapy water and double check because I saw it myself after there was an issue and light came on. I also stated o put air in just to come in to shop. They checked again and did find it, stating it couldn't be repaired it had to be replaced. $266 dollars later as they said it wasn't included in my service contract. Then when I take it home not all four tires were at the same pressure. If they were supposed to rotate them and the new one wound up in same place how was it rotated as stated? Not happy at all.

We love doing business with Bev Smith, but particularly with Kim Vest. She is our go to person, and refuse to see anyone else. She always knows what needs to be done, and always explains things to us and why it is important that we do what is needed. If she ever left, I do not know what we would do. I guess we would just have to follow her. We consider her just like Family!!! Her superior Allison Booth, is just as nice and professional S Kim, they make an awesome team!!!!!
