I called needing a replacement headlight bulb. The person on the phone identified my care in your records as I get all my service at your dealership and she checked with the parts department saying they had the bulb and gave me an appointment. I drove up from Stuart for the appointment waited an hour only to have them say they quoted the wrong part. That did not have the bulb and would have to order it and I would have to make another appointment. I called verified my make model and VIN and they could not verify they had the correct part for my headlight. 3 hours of Saturday only To be quoted it would cost $350 to replace a headlight bulb. Really ? I ordered the part from Amazon and replaced it myself for the cost of the bulb $79.00 . I think you’re trying to fleece me.
