I was there over two hours and I was just in for an oil change and a tire rotation

Should have been told that it wasn’t covered under lease before I got there. Should not have taken 3 1/2 hours to rotate tires and no one communicating the delay. I will be going somewhere else.

Madison was great! She made sure that all the needs of the customers are met. She is very accommodating and very considerate of other people’s needs. Customer satisfaction is her priority and as a consequence, new customer acquisition and old customer retainability will be met. What an asset to any business model a company to have. This was a great experience from the very beginning. My service advisor Kim was great and very informative on every step and kept me updated on my truck. I would recommend anybody with a Toyota to definitely go here. There the best.
