When I called for the appt I asked for Friday afternoon. I was told my appt was 2 pm Friday. I did receive multiple text reminders about the appt that included the date ( but not day of week). I showed up for my appt on Friday only to be told my appt was for Saturday not Friday. I was upset but looking back at texts the date was Sat not Friday which I had not noticed. Normally I would never make an appt for a Saturday as I know people who work have to come then and you are probably less staffed and I am retired so I can come during the week. Anyway-I ended up having to wait a little over 2 1/2 hrs. I was not really happy about that.
Anthony is always respectful, helpful and smiling. It's great working with him.
Heaven is an excellent and knowledgeable advisor. I would be happy to have her as my advisor every visit.
I had the air conditioner system cleaned. And now it smells horribly like chemicals.

My service appointment was scheduled for 8AM and I arrived early around 730AM. I was greeted fine upon arrival, and my service advisor attended to me promptly and was advised it would take around four hours. I utilized the shuttle service without any issues, Lewis was very helpful as the driver. The issues arose after my vehicle took longer than the projected four hours. Communication was subpar as I had to contact my service advisor twice once at 1:33PM (via the text app) and at 3:49PM via a phone call and once I got ahold of the service advisor it was explained that due to unforeseen circumstances the vehicle would have to be kept overnight.
There lies the issue, I was not kept up to date and I had to reach out just to hear I won’t get my car back. Fortunately, I have more than one car but what if I didn’t? I wasn’t offered any compensation or the opportunity for a loaner vehicle. Now, my service advisor was apologetic but he could not articulate why the service was going to take until the next day other than the garage got backed up. He ASSURED me that it would be priority for him and he would contact me as soon as he had the keys in his hand.
Fast forward to the next day, I received at text message at 8:50AM stating that my vehicle was complete and that my service advisor would call me shortly. I waited until 9:18AM and called the service advisor who confirmed it was completed and stated he would give the shuttle driver a call and I would be called when he was on his way. At 10:14AM, Lewis called and advised that he arrived to take me to the dealership. Again, Lewis was very helpful and a pleasure.
I arrived at the dealership, handed the keys to my car, and signed the paperwork. I was inconvenienced due to the vehicle needing to be kept overnight and then I had to keep up with the advisor to make sure the car was done. I was hoping to have the vehicle detailed or perhaps a coupon or some sort of compensation for being inconvenienced. It is such a mess with the construction which is understandable but customer service shouldn’t be under construction as well. I purchased the vehicle there and was told about the great service. Perhaps it was oversold as most dealerships often disappoint but I was hoping to be surprised. Bev Smith (Frank Gonzales) should reevaluate his commitment to the customers as the Kia dealership is 100 times worse which motivated me to sell my 2022 Kia Stinger. People purchase a good product but stay for the service.
Tyler, thank you for fitting me in the other day. The alignment came out great. It rolls beautifully on the road. I found the same size used tire that afternoon and it will work out just fine for the time being. Thank you again and thank you to Tony. I’ll see you sometime next year.
