Car seat was dirty n the car was covered in black spots on the hood, roof and truck. Car was completely dirty. Not sure what the spots were didn’t attempt to clean didn’t want to damage the paint.

I have never had a problem with Toyota or Tyler Johnson. The only thing I do have a problem with is constantly be asked to buy a new car after I have repeadly said no.

I had an appointment at 8am .. my wife picked me up but we decided that she had some errands to run so she took me back to the dealership I waited for hours and I feel like the service manager and the employees got amusement because I originally requested a different service assistant. I was at your dealership until after 2pm .. I have been coming to Bev Smith since the 90’s but I’ll take by business to Vero from now on thanks

They did what was required according to recall, but the recall was not fully explained; was told battery needed to be replaced (thought that was part of recall, again failure to fully explain). I have no respect for their service department.

I was thoroughly satisfied with the service. Madison Messina was friendly and kept me updated as to what was being done with the car. It was my first visit to Bev Smith Toyota, and it will not be the last. Will definitely come back for my future car service needs. Thank you Madison Messina.
