The complaint I have is the time it took to complete my service, I only had a tire plugged and it took over 3 hours snd that is crazy

Ally helped with the appointment scheduled. Chris took charge of arranging same day service of the low tire pressure on my Hybrid 2024 RAV 4. Ally and Chris have excellent customer service skills. Both employees were friendly and helpful. The next day my RAV 4 was schedule for the 10,000mile service. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. When the weather is frigid as it was on January 9, please make sure that the customer service lounge is well heated. The lounge was very cold and uncomfortable.

Yes Anthony treats his customers well, he listens to your questions and does a good job answering them , Most importantly I trust his service advice in how to effectively maintain my “ beloved Highlander “. I hope that I continue to have him as my service advisor !
