I'm customer with Kia I just by my 2nd car with your guys because I have a nails on my rear tire your guys charge $275 just to replace one tire I try to talk to the manager he can't help I was very unhappy

Excellent service to a. Much changed dealership thank you I just can't think the Kia dealership for your friendly courteous service and I look forward to coming in again thank you again thank you bye I want to thank the Kia dealership Bev Smith Kia which I thought I would never ever come back to because the previous management and sales people literally saw me coming and and in my opinion they raped me because they took advantage of me and I just want to say it's such a pleasure such a breath of fresh air to see the dealership now the way it should have been and I wouldn't gotten I would not have gotten into the mess that I did with surrendering cars and all that but once again thank you

My complaint is not a people issue. Angela is terrific! I’m presently in communication w/ KIA Cust care re: I purchased my car early Dec. had it about two weeks & just picked it up. Non working sunroof… I’m seeking a “new vehicle”. In service over 30 days, no ETA on part. Want to handle internally before I consider other options. Would like to meet with Mr. Gonzales to discuss….:)

Kaitlyn, my tech was awesome. However, it took over two hours to have an oil change. I just think that was excessive. I know that there was nothing that Kaitlyn could do, but it’s just ridiculous the week that long.
