Mrs. Michelle was fantastic. I had a great experience at the auto service center, thanks to the amazing help of Mrs. Michelle. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to make sure I understood everything about the service my vehicle needed. She explained things clearly without being pushy, and her professionalism really stood out. It’s not every day you come across someone so genuinely helpful and patient. Her excellent customer service made what could have been a stressful visit really easy and pleasant. Thank you for going above and beyond!

A lug nut was not reinstalled on one of my tires. Workers need to have check list to insure all is correct. We did not notice this, since I don’t drive very often due to recovering from surgery, until last week. Other than that everything was fine. Thank you

Call ahead for shuttle for todays appt after waiting an hour was told it would be another 30 mins for the shuttle as they gave a ride to someone in Stuart I am 15 mins from the dealership and I have been told there is a 10 mile radius for the shuttle waiting one hour and 30 mins for a shuttle is not practical when I work remotely Corey was wonderful and took great care of the service needed
