Upon picking up my vehicle, and after my service, my steering wheel began pulling towards the right. I promptly noticed the difference in steering and contacted Bev's service department. I spoke with a representative who assured me that my service Advisor (Cory) would return my call. Unfortunately, I never received a callback, and with two toddlers in the car, it was challenging to drive back to the service department to file a complaint in person. Due to my 12-hour work commitment tomorrow, I plan to visit on Friday if I am unable to reach someone to expedite a resolution.

Why does an oil change take an hour when there are places that do it in 15 minutes?
I was out of a car for two days and wasn’t offered a loaner car and I lost a lot of money. The car wasn’t even cleaned for the inconvenience of their wrong doing. The parts that were put back together in the car were not put together properly . Poor workmanship,technician did not follow protocol and check everything to make sure everything was working properly, and I had to bring the car back to the dealership for repair again.
The service was above and beyond the employees there are amazing I am totally impressed as well as happy thank you all have a blessed day
It’s extremely difficult to speak with someone in the service department. I left several messages to make arrangements while my car was in for service. Several days after service I was back with a dead battery. Was it checked at the time of 40,000 mile service or expired warranty on the battery. Those are the thoughts I left with. I will be checking on a different service department.

Angela is truly amazing to work with an incredibly fast responder and even uses her cell number and accommodated me on her day off. My complaint is not with her at all. I brought the car in for an Evap core replacement and later found that a major leak was happening in the rear passenger seat. I took it back on for the AC pump to be reconnected and they were supposed to vacuum all the water out. The day after picking up the car I get in and notice a full puddle in the corner of the rear passenger seat. It smells like straight mildew I checked with a detailer and it is very likely all the carpet will need to be replaced with the amount of water that the carpet has consumed or $300 to shampoo the carpets with a 50% chance that helps the smell at all. A little frustrated considering the car is only 3 years old and was in great condition until the evaporator core was replaced. Again not Angela’s fault in the slightest but highly unsatisfied with the service department and their lack of ability to correct their mistake. I honestly can’t even tell if the leak has been fixed or not because it will take days to dry out the carpets.
