Brought unit in to have recall completed and the driver side pillar cover replaced. The recall was completed but the pillar was not replaced. The part was preordered and currently in stock. The technician left fingerprint stains on the roof ans used paper towels in cup holder. Another unsatisfactory visit at Bev Smith Kia.
