I was completely dissatisfied I drove 1hour and 15 minutes to have get new tires from the Custumer loyalty program and they had me wait three hours only to tell me that I wasn’t eligible because I hadn’t been there in two years because I moved away. When I asked to speak to a manager they said they couldn’t find him. So I ended up leaving without receiving any services and no satisfaction . I will never go back!!

I had an appointment at 1pm, I got there 5 minutes before 1pm and didn't leave until a little after 5pm.

You could work on your time management. I had an appointment scheduled, and was there for 2.5 hours. My service rep was great!

I've scheduled several appointments for oil change services in the past 3 years. I always have to wait 2 hours for my scheduled appointment which is unacceptable.

Frank was good but the service was terrible , it should not take 3 hours to change oil an rotate tires. My appointment was at 3 pm an I was waiting for my vehicle an was told it would be done at 5pm which is still terrible for someone waiting. My vehicle was done at 6pm an was given a card for my next service to be at no charge which I don’t pay for anyways because I have a service plan. Not a very happy costumer having to wait 3 hours.
