I love the service at Bev smith Kia ????
I had no customer service interaction. I have been dealing with Kia Bev Smith since 2012. I've purchased two cars from you new. I've never been treated the way I was treated today when I picked my car up after 3 hours for an oil change. Before when I picked my car up I have been led to the cashier, discussed what they did and what I needed to have done. Walked to my car and said have a nice day. Today no one greeted me. A cashier checked me out. I went looking for my car. Found it. The key fob was in the front seat. No one said anything. No one did anything nothing. I've never written a bad review. But here we are

I asked Justin to check the status of my brake linings while my car was having routine service. When the service was completed and the car delivered, I did not check the paperwork. When I arrived home, I checked the paperwork and there was no mention of the status of the brake linings. I called Justin and asked him about the brakes. He said he would check with the shop and get back to me. That was about 1 pm. It is now7:17 pm and I never received a callback. I live in Port St. Lucie now and would like to use Bev Smith Kia for all my service needs, but if this represents the quality of your service, I will go back to Napleton Kia, whereI bought the vehicle. I am one unhappy customer.

I had to wait 15 minutes before anyone got to me even after being told I have not been helped. Then the problem that was wrong with my car wasn’t resolved. My apt was at 2 and I did not leave leave until 6:30. Never have I had to wait so long which is not the first time I have had this issue
Hi my appointment was set up at 10:30am on 12/8/21 for an oil change and to check my tires. It should have taken 45 minutes or less to do that, but it took 1 hour and 45 to 50 minutes. I had to be back to work at 1:00pm so when I got my keys and car I had to go back to work without having a lunch which made me mad by the time I left. I have health issues and I work by I95. Do the math I had to travel from US1 to Peacock Blvd by 95 and you figure in traffic I couldn’t eat lunch. You need to train your staff to work much faster with great efficiencies.

I made an appointment to get my oil changed for December 6. Frank and his associates were very helpful in getting me in and out n timely manner to ensure I wouldn’t be late to pick up my daughter. I was concerned I wasn’t going to get out of there on time with all the cars checking in. Thank you so much guys.
