It took over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment
First 150 for diagnostic test then battery was dead when Jeremy bought car in October totally dissatisfied with Kia as a whole
I was offered a complimentary car wash with the services I received, left my car from 8-5 and when I came back the car was not washed. By the time I got back I had to get my children from daycare and there wasn’t even a sales associate to speak with at my car when it was delivered to the pickup area. Other than that the shuttle and car seem to be great.
You guys are awesome… so is Tony and the shuttle man! I love going there !!!

I took my car in on 12 January for service. Today I took my car in which is 31 January because of the brakes. I was told that the rotors was warped to the point where they could not be shaved and the brake pads had crystallized their words not mine. My question is why didn't they discover that when I took my car in initially but 3 weeks ago. Each time I go there for a service here lately it's always something. Typically they will ask you do you want your car wash none of that I guess since I didn't give them any money they wouldn't going to give me a car wash it's all good though Kia
John the finance person should have given me anniption if I wanted to refuse the maintenance.
Therefore, he never mentioned it to me.
I was driving all around in search of a tire.
If I had the package, that would not had happened
It was beyond frustrating

Okay well I had a 2:30 appointment and I was a half an hour late. But I had called before I left West Palm Beach which is an hour drive to tell them I would be late and if it was a problem to let me know. The girl never called me back. So when I got there I waited two and a half hours for my car. She did say that I would be treated like a walk-in because I was going to be late. I thought that was not really fair because I brought my car there and I thought I would get more consideration than I did. But other than that I guess everything was just okay

Justin was very helpful the last visit and this time to listen and explain the issue with the oil leaking why it was happening and what they did to correct it .Plus took it to the service manager to make sure nothing was missed .let’s hope it won’t happen again .plus I heard him speak to other customers very good PR skills .
Had 11am appointment for oil change, advised service agent will be waiting for the vehicle took over 2 hours
I appreciate the fact that Frank and another I believe John followed thru with a question I had regarding my headlights and took pictures along with a picture of the VIN to submit to KIA for resolution. They both agreed with me that this should not have occurred with under 11,000 miles on the vehicle.
Customer service was great. Kept me updated the whole time
Petra kept me informed in regard to when my car would be finished and when the Kia Shuttle would pick me up. The driver was courteous and a good driver who took me home and then picked me up to take me back to Kia for my car. Overall everyone was very professional and did a good job.
