My last oil change and tire rotation cost 59.95 this time for the same service the cost was 100.00. That’s a huge increase! No coupons? I have always been sent coupons. I made an appointment days ahead and waited over an hour and a half for oil/tire service.

Seth did a great job keeping us informed regarding the updates of my car. My car needed a new transmission but had to be approved by KIA since it was still under warranty. All worked out great.

With a 3pm appointment waited till 4pm before car was in garage. Talked into power steering fluid change. Fluid is still dripping from under car. Even after cleaning up as much oil in the engine compartment.

Inaya was awesome, due to a scheduling error my wife was scheduled for 9am and I was scheduled for 2pm , Inaya managed to squeeze me in so I didn’t have to come back, truly a pleasure to deal with, there should be more like her , triple thumbs up

When I opened trunk the spare tire was just thrown in the trunk not placed under cover like it should have been. . I had to drive back to the dealership to have them put in trunk properly. Lance and another gentleman fixed it for me and I thank them for helping me but it should have done properly the first time. Johnathan in finance was very helpful and a pleasure to work with
