It takes a long time for oil change and tire rotation. Close to two hours. Perhaps you don’t have enough worker’s in the shop. And I had an appointment.

Seth did a great job. I had an appt at 9:30 to get service done on an airbag light that was on in my car. Normally i would stay since it shouldn’t take long but thankfully I didn’t. My husband was off and he followed me and I left with him. At around 12:30 , I still hadn’t received a call that my car was ready so I called to see what was going on. I spoke to Seth who first apologized and said my car still wasn’t brought back due to their system being down and it would it wouldn’t be ready for another hour or so. Well, 2 hrs later at 3pm it was finally ready. I had wondered if I had stuck around what would have happened. I would like to think I would have been accommodated somehow. I don’t have anyone nearby and I definitely would’ve been late picking up my kids from school. I’m thankful my husband was off that day. This has nothing to do with Seth. He did a great job.
