No I want the ne of the owner. You have a rude cashier with an attitude. She told me I have a problem. Talk to your manager there. I spoke to him about the issue. I probably will not continue doing business with Bev Smith Kia. .

Service by Joseph left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. Customer Service was horrible.Lack of communication was beyond frustrating. Telling me he could get me a car rental and then denying he ever told me that set me off. While venting my frustrations to him, he just bantered back and forth with me, making the situation even worse. We were told the car would be ready on Tuesday to never get a call to come pick it up and when I finally called the following day, was told the part just arrived and it would be done by end of day Wednesday. If I ever get treated that way again, I will go to headquarters and will never do business with Kia again.

It took 3 hours to get an oil change and tires rotated! My rep Joseph was wonderful! Not sure what the service people are doing!

Doesn't listen to concerns, says no one there qualified to look into my concern because it was to late in the day and only oil techs were there and they did not deal with that of what I had a concern about. Then comes back and told me the looked at it and didn't see a problem? Like who did u have look at it , the unqualified oil techs u told me about earlier? Lol what a joke. Love kia have always hated the service department!they don't care!

Aaron is very professional and I highly recommend using his protocols in how to keep customers happy. I had a sticky situation and he stepped up and took care of it. Very grateful.

I was never treated by my service person. My car sat for an hour before it was taken in. At the end of service my car was just parked in the pickup are and no one told me it was ready. It was a terrible experience.
