Service was spot on and fine with customer care first and foremost. Our car was returned spotless and on time. “Junior” is a complete gentleman and was anxious to please which he had no problem completing.

Seth was great! But its the over all time it takes to get a technician to look at your car that is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I bought a maintenance package with my vehicle and have used it twice because apparently it takes 8 hours to get your oil changed at this KIA. I had appt at 0930 this morning and my car was not even looked at till 1:00 pm. So frustrating and disappointing because the people are nice but unfortunately thats not enough to bring my business back to KIA.

My car is trembling and making jerk movements...so now I have to stop work to take it back. This is ridiculous. Was it done on purpose? I'm disappointed.

Great customer service. Seth is very efficient, caring and treated me like a VIP. He was very patient with me and all other customers I observed his interactions with. Jeff, the shuttle driver was also awesome!! My vehicle was ready after 5p and Seth scheduled an Uber to pick me up from my home to take me back to dealership to pick up my vehicle. I’m overly impressed in how well Seth runs the operation. Kudos to Seth and Jeff for making my car care experience easy. I will always remember your kindness.

We came in for an oil change. He asked if we wanted a tire rotation. Asked if there was a charge and he couldn't tell us so we declined. Other then that everything went smooth in and out.

Though everyone was extremely nice and helpful, it took 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. That’s excessive and needs to be fixed
