Caitlin is wonderful and understands customer service is keeping the customer informed. She should be teaching others.

I was very disappointed. I went to go pick up my car. My keys was not in there. I had asked.Caitlin Neeson to leave my keys in the car that I can unlock it with my phone. I get there to unlocked my car with my phone no keys???? Mr. Carlos end up finding a way to get my keys and I do thank him very much he was very helpful and nice about getting me my keys.And on the screen they did not reset the screen part. They did reset the oil button yes I was upset but there’s a reason for a reason. Thank you guys. Y’all have a blessed Thanksgiving.????????
Cory D is a great, knowledgeable, helpful kindhearted service employee!! He is the only employee I want to deal with. He talks to you not at you and explains everything to you. I am very comfortable with him and not the others in the department. He goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied and happy when you leave!! Thank you Cory!!!!!!

She didn't contact me because she doesn't know what happened. The poor internal communication between departments is obvious. In this case, it seems the service department is only focused on sales and not on customer satisfaction.

This was the third trip we had to make for the same exact recall. This last appt was not necessary as we already had it fixed but we had gotten a call telling us a special order came in and needed installed. A total waste of our valuable time to come in and sit there w a sick kid for another appt.

Hi. I did not receive my email to complete a survey yet for my service visit today. I am sending this as I want to give you my feedback as soon as possible. First, let me say that Angela Malave was wonderful. She was quick to respond, cordial, and knowledgeable. Great customer service representative for your company. Now, for the service technician or mechanic, I do not know who that was. I brought my car in because I was experiencing intermittent kicking as I was driving. I was concerned that it may be the transmission. When I received the call from Angela, I was told that it was not the transmission, but it was an issue with spark plugs and ignition coil. Also, I was told that two tires had bubbles and the other two were needing replacement, also. I thanked her for the help and let her know that I would be taking care of all of this outside of Kia. I picked my car up this afternoon and it drove horribly. The kicking was not occurring but now the car was shaking as I was driving so much that I felt I had to hold onto the steering wheel as if it was a roller coaster bar. I don’t know what your mechanic, technician, or whatever role that person is in did but something was done to the vehicle that is causing it to shake the way it is. And now my engine light is on! It was not on before my service visit. Now I’m stuck with no vehicle until Monday when I can get it checked!! If you look at my past surveys, you will see that I have been dissatisfied with your service department in the past. I have been a loyal customer to Bev Smith Kia. I still have plenty of miles to go for my 100,000 mile warranty to be covered. That is the only reason I will be back to your facility. I will add that your sales staff is very good. I am in a customer centric business and it upsets me, if at any time, one of my customers is not happy. Maybe there’s some coaching and training needed for your technicians.
