I waited for 2 1/2 hours for an oil and filter change and a tire rotation. There was not that many customers waiting. This is the first time no one explained exactly what was done. I had to ask the guy who brought me to the back to pay what was done to my car and were my tires ok. Then the bill said that a tire rotation was not included and I paid $90? And also I saw them putting tires on my car. No one offered me water like they normally do. The only positive was the gentleman who asked me if I would like my car washed. He was extremely personable and even put it through the car wash twice for me. I drive an hour to your Kia dealership because it is the only one that honors my tires and batteries for life. I honestly don’t know if it’s worth it anymore.

I have never seen so much turn overs in service advisor that this dealer ship has. I do hope Joseph is there to stay. My last advisor was great I was sorry she is not there.

I waited 3 hrs for my car to be finished. When it was finished, I was given my keys and it didn't even get the complementary car wash.several people waiting for their cars to be finished stated they were taking their car somewhere else next time. I can't do that because I prepaid my maintenance plan. The service department is under staffed.
Excellent service from beginning to end.
It almost always takes longer than what I’m told when I bring my car in. Today it took an additional hour, 3 instead of 2. Most days that would be a problem for me but today I was practicing patience.
Also, I don’t know if coupon was used or not because the bill did not reflect a discount. I was told that it was applied but I never received any kind of estimate on charges so I have no proof that the coupon I submitted was actually applied. This should clearly be shown on bill.
