I know the computers were down, but rarely can I get to the dealership.There is a recall on the brake pads for my forte.They were unable to do it. Also they usually wash your car at the end of the service and that was not done either. He said it had something to do with the Internet? What does washing a car have to do with the Internet? I was very disappointed in my visit saturday.

I thought that when you have the maintenance plan that when your vehicle is serviced that they do everything including refilling your windshield fluid reservoir mine was exactly the way I brought it in there when I got it back I don't think I should pay all that money and don't get good service. They Ned to do better service to keep good customers like me. Thank you
