Fred was very helpful when I was at dealership. However the communication there between customer and dealership needs a lot of improvement especially trying to reach your advisor. Messages are going somewhere in cyber space.

The complimentary carwash caused deep scratches in the hood of my soul. I tried to call afterward, but my call was diverted to a voicemail of the service manager, who never called me back. I will not be returning my vehicle service to bev smith kia!

The discount I was supposed to receive was not included on the original bill. It took about six phone calls, and being transferred back-and-forth between departments before I was able to speak to a human being in the service department. I anytime I get my car serviced, even if there is only a small issue after the service, it often feels like it is more hassle to try and remedy the issue, then just deal with it myself. When I was dealing with Tyler, directly, he was polite and seem knowledgeable. My interactions with him were very positive.
