First of all I SHOULD BE GRANDFATHERED IN WITH BATTERIES AND TIRES PROGRAM!!!! You did away with it???? Second of all, I WAS TOLD THEY SOLD THE LAST BATTERY a few hours ago!!!! WHAT KIND OF NONSENSE is that????? COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED!!!

I was very satisfied with my experience today at Kia with Cory. He was very professional, courteous and communication was very good. All work was done in a timely manner. Car came back washed and vacuumed. Service department is excellent.

They were angry because I did not want what they're calling break Flash and all the other stuff. I work on cars. You're so telling me anything like. That? Is a. Bunch of c***. 2nd then I made my wife wait. 2 hours for an oil that was the only thing I was very upset about.

Service was super fast. I managed to pick up a nail leaving my driveway so with no appointment I came in to get my tire fixed. James didn't promise any specific time but he sure got my vehicle brought back quick. Mechanics fixed my tire super quick and had my car back out to me in under an hour. Which for a walk in no appointment was super awesome.

Service was completed in a timely fashion, sooner than originally estimated. Car was cleaned inside and out and returned to a happy customer. Only bad part of experience was that coffee machine in customer waiting area was out of order...glad I brought my own. LOL.

She was thorough and thanks to her recommendation I had an alignment done which showed my right side was out of alignment. She has great customer service skills and really keeps you informed on what is going on with your vehicle.
