I was a little Leary going to get service on my car. I purchased the car from Bev Smith and received the upmost professionalism so I thought I would try them for service. Mind you, I live probably an hour away and I could have used two other Kia dealers. When I pulled up to service I was acknowledged immediately. He explained the process and walked me to the waiting area. With 5 minutes the service lady Pedra came in called my name and had all my information and it was accurate. She told me how long it would take and offered water to me. The waiting room/restrooms were clean. The waiting room was a pleasant area to relax. Within no time my car was done. I think they were finished sooner than promised. Oh I forgot to add Pedra asked if I needed a shuttle which I thought was very nice. Of course living so far away it was not feasible. I will definitely use Bev Smith service in the future! Awesome experience. Well done my friends!
You need to find a way to fix the headlight on the Sorento that does not cost so much
They never washed the car nor vacuum it
Completely unprofessional experience. Service department did not notify my husband of his car being completed. When he called for an update department never answered. Finally went down to pick up the car and found out wife’s email and phone number were listed instead. Never gave that information to them. Spent 20 additional minutes at service as they couldn’t find the invoice papers, keys or car. Even after confirming correct information is now filed for the husband, the wife is still getting emails and phone calls. Also had service worker vaping right in front of customers and smoke was being blown by wind right at us.
Fred was respectful of my time. All issues were taken care of and my car was ready within 2 hours.All in all, it was a pleasant and stress free service experience.

Everyone at this dealership has been so wonderful to work with! Today I had the pleasure of meeting Joseph Junior Stephen. This was my first service on my car and Joseph was my service specialist. He was very attentive and I had no doubt my car was in the best of hands. I was very impressed with Joseph and his service team.
Petra was fantastic. She had very good communication with me took care of my every need make sure my vehicle is clean and ready when I arrive.

Service was great The waiting room experience was uncomfortable and inappropriate. The music was extremely loud and not for people wanting. There was loud foul conversation going on by some of the employees. I was very disappointed with this trip. I have been to your dealership many times and was never disappointed till yesterday
