Since I had to borrow family cars to get to work

I received Incredible care and the service was first rate! I have used other dealers in the past but from now on I am a permanent customer for Bev Smith Kia! I was treated like I was the most important customer that they ever had. There was coffee and snacks in a comfortable waiting room. Just a great experience. I’ll be back! Thanks

My service person was great. But when I was sitting at a traffic light on Midway. My oil light was still flickering.. I had mentioned this to my service guy. Other than that, my service was good. I hate that I have to make another appointment for my flickering oil warning light

I was told they did the tire rotation, they did not because we had to replace the driver side rear tire which has a different tire on it and that same tire is still on it, maybe it was a misunderstanding? Other than that everything else was ok. Now I did find a grey knob in my car that must of fell off from somewhere, I’ll check to see where it came from. I will be coming in Monday morning because my check engine light is on and they did not have time today and my service person Fred said I should be ok until Monday as long as my car doesn’t stall. Everyone was super nice love my Kia.

My car was taken quickly and finished when they said it would be. It was also nice that a complimentary car wash was done. I noticed when I got home my last name was spelled wrong. It's D'brot not vbrot.

I called back this afternoon to report the issue has returned. As usual, Anthony did not answer and I have not received a call back from the voicemail I left. The low oil pressure light is on and the car is parked. I need a call from Paul the service director.

Had way to many phone calls. Took 2 trips to get an oil change and tires rotation. Then had a call from. Service to make an appointment for my first oil change. Next text was from Service on Monday that my car was ready to be picked up. You need some real help on getting it together. John
